Central Florida Karate opened its doors in 1992 and has trained and helped thousands of people. We specialize in teaching self-defense through the art of Shito-Ryu karate, and the spiritual and health benefits the arts offer. We have taught and continue to teach the sport aspects of kickboxing and sport karate. CFK has 3 current world-champion instructors and staff. We offer kids and adult programs, including summer camp, school drop-off, and after-school programs, and are the oldest school in our county.

Ray Bryant
Founder and late beloved sensei.
I started my martial arts training in Shito-Ryu karate middle school and received my shodan at 16 years old. I had competed a little but was never serious until my 18th birthday. I won the state title numerous times and was also voted martial artist of the year with fame. I then competed in the national circuit and was a top-rated fighter and traditional forms competitor. I also have had the privilege of competing in almost every organization's world championship and have won over 10 world titles. Currently am the ISKA USA world amateur team director. I have run Central Florida Karate Studios for over 25 years and have coached numerous state national and world champions.
