Central Florida Karate opened its doors in 1992 and has trained and helped thousands of people. We specialize in teaching self-defense through the art of Shito-Ryu karate, and the spiritual and health benefits the arts offer. We have taught and continue to teach the sport aspects of kickboxing and sport karate. CFK has 3 current world-champion instructors and staff. We offer kids and adult programs, including summer camp, school drop-off, and after-school programs, and are the oldest school in our county.
